Ceramic Extra virgin olive oil Mosto 100 ml

Extra virgin olive oil obtained from monocultivar "coratina" olives, hand-picked in the heart of Puglia, selected, intact and fresh at the initial ripening time. The immediate milling, with stone millstone, and pressing of the olives are carried out cold by very slow crushing.

Decantation, maturation and refinement of the oil take place underground. This is how the 100% ITALIAN “Mosto” Extra Virgin Olive Oil was born, an oil from the first cold pressing, raw and whole, unfiltered, a fruit flower rich in polyphenols (antioxidants). Ideal on salads, caprese, bread and tomato. Superb on bruschetta.
