Collection: OUR EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the result of long work carried out by our family in compliance with old customs: we have chosen to keep the collection, processing and in particular conservation procedures intact, inside cisterns buried in the rock.

There are two cultivars from which we produce our extra virgin olive oil: the prized Coratina olive and the Leccina olive, selected before complete maturation and processed according to the classic cold pressing method.

The result is four different types of extra virgin olive oil, each with its own organoleptic characteristics, but united by the same quality, 100% Italian, from first cold pressing and by the high concentration of polyphenols and antioxidants
