Inside the box:
Artisanal Panolio (1 kg): our signature leavened creation. Made without butter, using our Florido Extra Virgin Olive Oil and natural sourdough. Soft, light, highly digestible and rich in Mediterranean aromas, it is the perfect starting point for this journey of taste.
Capocollo from Martina Franca (approx. 750 g): the king of charcuterie from the Itria Valley. Marinated in vincotto and smoked with fragno bark, it delivers an intense, enveloping flavour that melts on the palate.
Mild Caciocavallo (approx. 600 g): a stretched-curd cheese with a gentle, milky taste that perfectly tempers the savouriness of the capocollo.
Lucarella Cooked Grape Must (100 ml): the elegant finishing touch. A dense, velvety elixir obtained from the slow cooking of grape must, creating an aromatic “bridge” between the various components.
Verdeca Brut Sparkling Wine – Valle d’Itria IGP (750 ml): fresh, mineral, with a fine perlage. Its vibrant acidity cleanses the palate and invites the next bite.
