We are at the Fancy Food Show 2012!
Even the Acropolis of Puglia with its 'made in Puglia' extra virgin olive oil is currently participating in the Fancy Food Show in San Francisco. It is one of the largest exhibitions dedicated to food in the world. And since it is the first of the year, this international event acts as a trailblazer for understanding the latest food trends. It's an unmissable event for professionals in the sector and we absolutely couldn't miss it! :-)
At the Fancy Food Show there are over 80 thousand innovative food products, 1,300 exhibitors from all over the world (including from Martina Franca!:) and 17,000 specialized retailers, restaurateurs, catering representatives, supermarkets, sector journalists... and much more Still.
In the pavilion set up by the Italian Trade Commission there are 75 stands hosting 57 companies, including consortia with 8 stands where the specialized public of the West Coast can taste cheeses, dried and fresh pasta, peeled tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, truffles and waters minerals, just to mention some of the products of Italian excellence at the table.
