The Acropolis of Puglia lands on the American West Coast

We are at the Fancy Food Show 2012!
Even L'Acropoli di Puglia with its extra virgin olive oil 'made in Puglia' is participating these days at the Fancy Food Show in San Francisco. It is one of the largest food exhibitions in the world. And since it is the first of the year, this international event is a trailblazer for understanding the latest food trends. It is an unmissable event for professionals in the sector and we absolutely could not miss it!:-)

At the Fancy Food Show there are over 80 thousand innovative food products, 1,300 exhibitors from all over the world (even from Martina Franca!:) and 17,000 specialized retailers, restaurateurs, catering representatives, supermarkets, industry journalists ... and much more.

In the pavilion set up by the Italian Trade Commission there are 75 stands hosting 57 companies, including consortia with 8 stands where the specialized public of the West Coast can taste cheeses, dry and fresh pasta, peeled tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, truffles and mineral waters, just to name a few of the products of Italian excellence at the table.

We will give you more details on what's new at the table and news about our new customers (hopefully many!) when we return from our trip to the US!
