The Lucarella Family’s handmade Turnips Top spread was created thanks to a typical Apulian tradition, the union of yellow pepper pulp and extra virgin olive oil.
The spreadable pastes are soft with a full consistency, made with ingredients 100% Italian making them a temptation difficult to resist.
We suggest you try the Turnip Tops Cream on toast or with cheese on toast, or in a savoury pie using puff pastry or as a sauce on grilled or sautè vegetables.
Recommended recipe: A slice of bread with Turnips Tops Paste, anchovies and chili.
