The Lucarella Family’s handmade fave beans purea and chicory was created thanks to a typical Apulian tradition, the union of fave beans purea, chicory, vinegar, herbs, salt and extra virgin olive oil.
The spreadable pastes are soft with a full consistency, made with ingredients 100% Italian making them a temptation difficult to resist.
These products enrich bread and toast, create snacks and appetizers, can be used to prepare bruschetta and to stuff meats and cheeses.
