The Lucarella Family’s handmade Champignon mushrooms spread was created thanks to a typical Apulian tradition, the union of Champignon mushrooms, herbs, white vinegar, salt and extra virgin olive oil.
The spreadable pastes are soft with a full consistency, made with ingredients 100% Italian making them a temptation difficult to resist.
These products enrich bread and toast, create snacks and appetizers, can be used to prepare bruschetta and to stuff meats fish and cheeses.
The champignon mushrooms Paste is delicious on toast and with cheese on toast, as a stuffing for puff pastry savoury pies and as a sauce with grilled or sautè vegetables.
Recommended recipe: A slice of bread with Champignon mushrooms paste, fresh tomatoes and ar and wild rocket.
