The white truffle cream is made using finely ground pure white truffle, extra virgin olive oil and salt. It contains no aromas.
Ingredients: White truffle ( Tuber magnatum Pico), 73% extra virgin olive oil, salt.
Recommended with pasta dishes. It is advisable to saltè the white truffle cream in a pan with extra virgin olive oil before serving.
Once opened, cover with extra virgin olive oil and keep refrigerated and use it in a short time.
