Withdrawal and return

Where the right applies and within the legal time limits, you can declare your withdrawal using Withdraw from the contract here, without creating or using an account. You may also write to info@lacropolidipuglia.it, use the model withdrawal form or make another unequivocal statement.

For distance purchases of goods, the ordinary withdrawal period is 14 days from delivery, under the applicable legal rules. Any exceptions are assessed for the individual case: a product being food does not automatically exclude the right. Receipt of the declaration does not mean that a refund has been approved.
