Ritunno IGP is a red wine of extraordinary intensity, obtained from selected Nero di Troia grapes, a native vine that embodies the essence of the Apulian winemaking tradition. This wine represents a perfect balance between the richness of the territory and the local winemaking art.
Organoleptic characteristics:

Color: Intense ruby red, embellished with brilliant purple reflections , reminiscent of warm Mediterranean sunsets. Its brightness and chromatic depth anticipate the richness and elegance of the wine, offering a seductive and refined visual experience.

Aroma: Complex and persistent bouquet, with enveloping fruity notes that blend harmoniously with spicy hints and nuances of vanilla, resulting from the refinement in French oak barriques for six months.

Taste: On the palate, Ritunno offers a balanced and enveloping flavor, with soft tannins and an elegant structure. The fruity notes intertwine with hints of sweet spices, giving a sensation of warmth and a prolonged taste persistence.

To fully appreciate its organoleptic qualities, it is recommended to serve Ritunno IGP at a temperature of 18-20°C. It is suggested to uncork the bottle at least 10-15 minutes before serving to allow the wine to best express its bouquet.
