Crema di olive verdi all'olio extravergine di oliva is an artisanal Apulian spreadable cream by Famiglia Lucarella, prepared with polpa di green olives, wine vinegar, aromatic herbs, salt and extra virgin olive oil.
Its texture and distinctive taste profile make it ideal for appetizers, crostini, pasta dishes and Mediterranean recipes.

Once opened, refrigerate, keep covered with extra virgin olive oil and consume within a short time. Pasteurised by boiling. Store in a cool, dry place.
