After filtering "Mosto" extra virgin olive oil, it is kept in a huge steel container and is extracted from remaining pulpy substances.
The excellent outcome is naturally green "viride" filtered oil called "Vivace": it is young, fresh and delicate, characterized by an intensively fruity fragrance and by a taste of fresh herbs.
Recommended to use it for bruschette, salad, vegetables dipped in oil, roasted meat, soups, pasta, fava beans and chicory.
Product complies with Article 18 law 161/2014, which came into force on 23 November 2014 and ministerial circular of 15 December 2014.
